Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Return

“Return” refers to sending back an item purchased by the Buyer from Pureoptimum (SN Life Sciences & Technologies) via our website.

Replacement

“Replacement” means providing a new product in place of another. A Buyer may request a replacement if the item received is damaged in shipping, defective, missing components, or if the wrong item was shipped.

When submitting a return/replacement request, the Buyer must select the reason. Common reasons include:

  • Item is defective
  • Item damaged during shipping
  • Missing product(s)
  • Wrong item received
  • Size mismatch
  • Expired or near-expiry product
  • Return may also result in a refund in most cases

An intimation will be sent to Pureoptimum for approval or rejection of the return/replacement request.

Points to Note

Pureoptimum may accept a return/replacement at its discretion irrespective of policy.

If a Buyer disagrees with the outcome of a return/replacement request, the Buyer may contact us for escalation.

We encourage Buyers to review product details before ordering. If the Buyer orders the wrong product, they may not be entitled to a return/refund.

Return/replacement requests must be raised within the applicable window for the product, along with photos (outer parcel box + received items) or other proof as requested by Pureoptimum.

Once a return/replacement request is raised, Pureoptimum will process the request after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be completed within 30 days from the date of reverse pick-up.

If the requested item for replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued. All eligibility conditions apply to replacements.

All shipping and handling charges for approved replacements are borne by Pureoptimum.

Return Acceptance Conditions

Return requests can be raised from your Pureoptimum account or by emailing us at service@pureoptimum.com.

  • Wrong Product/Size Exchange: raise within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Missing Item(s): file within 2 days of delivery with photos.
  • Damaged/Leaked: if outer packaging is visibly damaged, refuse delivery. If accepted, file within 2 days with photos.
  • Expired/Near-Expiry: raise within 7 days with photos showing expiry.
Important Points to Remember
  • Products must be returned in unused, original condition with price tags, labels, invoice, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • For multi-item orders, only the affected item will be replaced/refunded.
  • Refund includes the full amount paid by you.
  • Pickup will be arranged for approved returns; replacement/refund will be issued after verification.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, self-ship the item; Pureoptimum will reimburse courier charges up to ₹50 on valid proof.
  • Replacement depends on stock; if unavailable, refund will be issued.
Return/Replacement Non-Acceptance Conditions

We may be unable to support return/replacement in these cases:

  • Return request made after the specified time window
  • Wrong ordering, partially used/consumed product
  • Minor leakage or evaporation up to 25%
  • Missing accessories/packaging/invoice
  • Defects covered under manufacturer warranty
  • Damage due to misuse or mishandling
  • Hygiene/medical items once used (e.g., supports, tapes)
  • Consumables with broken seal
  • Books/reading material after purchase

All products sold on Pureoptimum are brand new and 100% genuine. If the item received is damaged, defective or not as described, our Friendly Returns Policy applies.

Pureoptimum Replacement Guarantee

If you receive a wrong/defective item, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. For damaged/missing/leaked items, file the return within 2 days. Our team will arrange pickup and ship the replacement (subject to stock).

After receiving the returned product, it will be inspected and a replacement or refund will be processed.

Pureoptimum reserves the right to prevent abuse of the returns policy in case of repeated or fraudulent claims.

Return Process
  1. Visit https://www.pureoptimum.com or email customer support.
  2. Claims are verified within 72 business hours.
  3. Upon approval, Pureoptimum will arrange pickup.
  4. Pack the product in its original packaging.
  5. Refunds will be completed within 30 days from reverse pick-up.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled from your Pureoptimum account until dispatched. If shipped, cancellation is not possible; if delivery is refused, a refund will be processed after the item is returned to us.

Orders may be cancelled by Pureoptimum if unavailable, pricing error, quantity unavailable or reasons beyond control.

Refunds for cancellations will be issued within 5 days of approval.

Replacement typically takes 2–10 working days depending on logistics and stock.

The ₹60 Cash on Delivery service charge is non-refundable.
