Shipping & Delivery Information

We ship orders across India from our warehouse on business days. The details below match our settings in Google Merchant Center.

Order Cut-off

  • Daily cut-off time: 14:00 (2:00 PM), India Standard Time (GMT+05:30).
  • Orders placed before 14:00 are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 14:00 are processed on the next business day.

Handling / Processing Time

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days.
  • Working days: Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Transit Time (After Dispatch)

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on order weight/volumetric weight, destination PIN code, and any promotional offers.
  • Any applicable charges are shown clearly on the checkout page before you complete payment.

Carriers & Tracking

  • We use reputable courier partners for doorstep delivery.
  • A shipment confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • You can track your package using the link provided in your order details.

Delivery Attempts

  • The courier may attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unreachable or address is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to us.
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout.

Address Changes

  • Address changes are possible before dispatch. Once shipped, rerouting isn’t guaranteed and may add time/cost.

Undeliverable Orders

  • If a package is returned as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, or no response), we will contact you for reshipment or a refund per our returns policy. Forward shipping charges may apply.

Order Splits & Out-of-Stock

  • In rare cases, we may ship items separately to speed up delivery. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after you place the order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund for that item.

Packing & Condition

  • Products are packed securely to minimize transit damage. Please do not accept a parcel that appears tampered—refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Service Coverage

  • We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Business Days & Holidays

  • Business days are Monday–Saturday. National/state holidays are excluded from handling and transit timelines.
